Establishment charge on 'e-sabong' pushed

House available resources board seat and Albay Rep. Joey Salceda is pushing to slap an establishment charge on egames in the Philippines "e-sabong" to standardize cockfighting, an industry which is presently casual thus creating "problematic" incomes for the public authority. 


In a show, Salceda said slapping a 5-percent establishment charge dependent on gaming receipts, net of specialists' payments, combined with moving to advanced wagering would permit straightforwardness while supporting the public authority's expense income assortment.
